Why would it be unbanned/unmuted: Because you can trust me. I'm legit as hell, the owner of the server has been off lately and hasn't even got a VPS. I'm basicly not an admin anymore.
Other information: Unban me please. I'm bored as hell.
It's been a week :/

Alex make this section PRIVATE.
No reason for others to see appeals.
Also the recovery request section, ban/mute appeal (noreligion)
One of the basics a good forum should conclude
