First of all i want to say that I didn't find any app codes, so i searched a bit and made my own.

What position are you applying for: Ingame moderator. I dont want to jump from a regular player directly to admin. And i bet you wont let that happen so I want to earn trust (first).

Why should you receive that position: I've been active ingame and on forums. I've helped people everytime they asked (there are some stuff that i can't make like teleport stuck people or other stuff). But everything I can, I do.

What will you contribute to the game: I vote daily, I donated and I help (or atleast try to help) everyone who needs.

I've always played Runescape private servers. And this one is so far one of the bests ( if it didn't had those lag spikes I think this could beat almost any server ). 
Being Admin is one life gold. 
I like to pk, which means that i don't stay at edge all day so I can see what people are doing.
I think I can handle with the spammers and who ever threathens the server.

Very poor app.Don't think you have it in you to have a serious role which has a big influence on the server. Also just putting the 'requirements' to get moderator and saying with yes or no that you do or do not do or forfill them is't enough. Actually quite dumb tbh.
